“Maz has been my personal trainer for the last 5 months during my second maternity leave. Maz is so knowledgeable about the effects of birth on the body, alongside how to exercise properly. She was able to assess my tummy muscles as well, and tailor my programme specific to this and the other post-natal challenges.
