MENOPAUSE & PERIMENOPAUSE SUPPORT ️
FEEL INFORMED, CONFIDENT AND STRONG THROUGH MIDLIFE
Menopause can bring changes that affect how you feel, move, sleep and exercise. Fatigue, weight changes, disrupted sleep, joint discomfort and mood changes can all make it harder to feel like yourself.
At Shift-It Fitness, I provide evidence-based menopause and perimenopause support to help women understand what’s happening in their bodies and find practical, realistic ways to feel stronger, healthier and more in control.
I’m Maz Downer, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports & Exercise Scientist and Certified Menopause Coach. I’m also navigating perimenopause myself, so alongside my professional training, I understand first-hand how challenging this stage of life can sometimes feel.
Menopause support that’s personal to you
There isn’t one solution that works for every woman. Your symptoms, lifestyle, fitness, health and priorities are individual to you, which is why my approach looks at the whole picture.

SUPPORT WITH MENOPAUSE AND PERIMENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS
Menopause and perimenopause can affect women very differently. You may be looking for support because you’re experiencing:
- Changes in weight or body composition
- Fatigue or low energy
- Sleep problems
- Joint aches or stiffness
- Mood changes
- Reduced confidence
- Changes in strength or fitness
- Difficulty knowing how or where to start exercising
Rather than focusing on a single symptom in isolation, we’ll look at the bigger picture and identify practical changes that can support your health, fitness and wellbeing.
